Return Policy
Returns policy Right of return You can return the goods you have received without giving reasons within [14 days] (1) by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, email), but not before receipt of the goods (2). Only for goods that cannot be sent as parcels (e.g. bulky goods) can you declare the return by requesting the return in text form. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or request their return on time. In any case, the return will be at our expense and risk. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as would have been possible in a store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the goods as your own property and refraining from anything that could impair their value. RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Some items are completely non-returnable. Bottled perfumes in sizes up to 10 ml and opened bottles are excluded from returns. Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer. Also excluded are items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons that cannot be attributed to our error. Also excluded are items that are returned after 14 days of delivery. When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account. Sale Items (if applicable) Refunds can only be made for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges (if applicable) Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. Shipping To return your product you should send your product to: Kaltenbergen 10, Hamburg, Hamburg, 22117, Germany. You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside. If you are shipping an item valued over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
