4.1. We accept returns or exchanges of products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the products are returned unused and in their original packaging.

5.1. We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. Please check the products for any defects upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any problems.
